A high-volume, legacy B2B business managing massive square footage had a fragmented user experience across their digital sales deck, physical employee presence, and web intake funnel.
The Solutions
Approached the problem through a service design lens, auditing every user touchpoint from a prospect's first LinkedIn interaction to the physical cleaner showing up on-site.
Modularized their services into an easy-to-digest layout system, translated that system to a fast-loading web experience, and mirrored the visual identity onto physical assets for absolute consistency.
